BATANGAS, Philippines — In a recent release, the Provincial Government of Batangas officially launches its Summer Tourism Campaign aptly titled “All Here. So Near.”
First launched in 2025 as the provinces official tourism campaign, this new people-centered storytelling initiative highlights the lives behind every belief, all anchored on the principle that tourism is more than just a destination—it is a lifeline.
The campaign brings forward the authentic stories of Batangueño workers. With this guiding principle at play, the focus has shifted to an even greater attraction, its people. From the divers in our sanctuaries and guides on our mountains to the hoteliers and farmers in our countryside, these are the faces whose livelihoods are directly shaped by every visitor.

“This campaign serves as a reminder that in every trip to Batangas, you aren’t just a tourist; you are part of someone’s story,” the Provincial Information Office shared in a press statement.
Through a series of episodic digital releases, “All Here. So Near.” invites travelers to look beyond the scenic views and recognize the hands that make every experience possible. In Batangas, tourism is not merely an industry. It is shared progress.
Here’s a rundown of landmarks and elements that were given due focus in the Batangas campaign that interestingly paint a portrait of what the province is and the many stories embedded within the very fabric of each destination and its people that make up the DNA of the province.
