Whether you’re single, married, starting a new relationship, or breaking up with someone (hang in there!), we want everyone to feel the love this February 14th. Because while many countries celebrate Valentine’s Day this month, not everyone will be in the mood for listening to romantic ballads or even steamy songs. In this regard, Spotify, culled the Self-Love playlist, made specifically for appreciating a supremely important person in your life: you.

In the past year, the popular music-streaming platform noticed that streams of self-love themed playlists have been on the rise, with listening increasing about 72%.And that the most popular time of day to stream such self-love playlists is in the morning, to help set the right tone for the day.

With this statistics, Spotify looked into its listeners’ playlists for their favorite tracks about wellness, relaxation, self-care, and self-love. The 30 picks featured in the Self-Love playlist include some of the most popular user picks globally — from Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Yourself” and Panic at the Disco’s “High Hopes” to throwback jams like Nina Simone’s “Feeling Good” and Bobby McFerrin’s “Don’t Worry Be Happy.” These songs acknowledge themes of resilience, positivity, survival and… red wine (cheers, UB40).
