Flower Girl follows the story of Ena, a female endorser with problematic views on womanhood and identity. After offending a trans woman, who turns out to be a babaylan with otherworldly powers, Ena then wakes up one day with her vagina gone without a trace.
Now, she needs to find true love before a magical flower loses all its petals or else, the very bodily parts that she believes “completes” her as a woman will go missing permanently. This then leads to an existential journey in search for truth, empathy, identity, and becoming.

With Ramirez is a cast of new and film and television mainstays like Martin del Rosario, Jameson Blake, KaladKaren, and Maxie Anderson. As the CreaZion Studios writes, the film subverts and “flips gender norms, celebrates fluidity, and dares to ask: what truly makes a woman?”
