MANILA, Philippines — ICYMI, following a triumphant season run, Tanghalang Pilipino is closing its well-lauded 38th Season: REVOLT with a theater takeover unlike any other. For a limited run, Tanghalang Pilipino is set to debut performance at the ARETE, in Ateneo de Manila University.
With a continued mission to bring powerful, necessary stories closer to its audience, due to an overwhelming demand, the acclaimed production company is extending its most recent critically-acclaimed production of “Kisapmata” for two more weeks.
With this limited double-feature run, Tanghalang Pilipino also brings the heartwarming and award-winning musical, “Sandosenang Sapatos“. Both productions dive deep into the dynamics of Filipino families—zooming in on love, relationships, and the struggle for power.
