Comedy Queen Awkwafina Returns in ‘Nora from Queens’

GLOBAL RELEASE—The upcoming season of the comedy series Awkwafina is Nora from Queens is slated to make its return on September 25 at 9:25 pm SGT. Season 3 promises an exciting lineup of guest stars and directors, including Bill Benz, Jordan Kim, Laura Murphy, and the directorial debut of Awkwafina herself. Viewers in Asia can catch this exclusive premiere on the Paramount Network channel, with episodes airing every Monday and Tuesday at 9:25 pm SGT.

Inspired by her own life growing up in Queens, New York, creator and writer Awkwafina (known for “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings,” “The Farewell,” and “Crazy Rich Asians”) takes the lead in this hit comedy series. Portraying Nora Lin, raised by her father Wally (BD Wong), Grandma (Lori Tan Chinn), and cousin Edmund (Bowen Yang), she leans on her family’s support while navigating the challenges of young adulthood in the outer boroughs of New York City.
