SEOUL, South Korea — Directed by Lee Eung-bok (Mr. Sunshine) and written by Kim Eun-hee (Kingdom and Signal), highly-anticipated action-adventure mystery thriller “Jirisan” has just wrapped up filming. The series was completed after ten months which started September 2021 and officially wrapped on June 21. 

In the series, Ju Ji-hoon and Jun Ji-hyun play national park rangers protecting the people around Mt. Jirisan until they unveil mysteries and unknown secrets surrounding the park.  The cast also includes Sung Dong-il and Oh Jung-se. Ju Ji-hoon’s recent IG post signals the last phase of filming – “Climbing down from Jirisan” as caption with a photo of him wearing a black shirt with the cast of the series printed at the back of his shirt.
