With a well-loved career with a string of big hits, Nina also promises to perform a repertoire of new songs, with a fresh line up of OPM and international love hymns she is known for bringing a new version to. “Love Matters” also showcases a live orchestra accompaniment, bringing her discography spanning two decades into life.
Nina first broke out into the Filipino aural consciousness with songs like “Jealous”, “Foolish Heart”, followed by love song regulars like “I Don’t Wanna Be Your Friend” and “Someday”. Her releases then includes a widely-received live album, “Nina Live” in 2007, that featured now-iconic renditions of classics like “Love Moves in Mysterious Ways”, “Piano in the Dark”, “Constantly”, among others. Through the years, hers is a decorated musical journey that spoke of infectious covers and career-defining originals that made its way to Filipino music fans.
