Burn X Team Flash Prevailed in the MPL Cambodia Autumn Split 2022 with an Unprecedented Victory

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia—With their superior gameplay and dominance in teamfights, Burn X Team Flash triumphed as the winners of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League – Cambodia (KH) Autumn Split 2022.

Held at Aeon Mall Sen Sok, Burn X Team Flash vanquished Logic Esports to snatch the crown, taking home the lion’s share of USD 40,000 prize money in a best-of-five (BO5) series.

The MPL Cambodia Autumn Split Grand Finals day recorded the league’s highest offline audience count of up to 2,000. Fans and curious onlookers were watching the matches outside of the arena, which was live streamed on AEON Mall’s LED screens.

The historic grand finals also drew peak concurrent views (PCU) of up to 110,040, according to analytical partner Esports Charts.

With a score of 3:1, Burn X Team Flash were hailed as the new MPL Cambodia, marking their first-ever MPL KH championship. Meanwhile, Sok “CCat” Roth has been declared the Grand Finals Most Valuable Player (MVP).

Burn X Team Flash is headed by Filipino coach John “Zico” Dizon. The team paraded Pinoy imports namely Jhonwin “Hesa” Vergara and Michael “MPDKING” Endino who were former Nexplay EVOS players.

See You Soon and Impunity KH, two former champions from Cambodia, came in third and fourth, respectively. Burn X Team Flash is the upcoming M4 World Championship’s first confirmed team. The eagerly awaited international competition will take place in Indonesia’s Jakarta in January 2023.
