MANILA, Philippines—Mintoo, a home-grown digital collectibles marketplace, in collaboration with Philippine Digital Asset Exchange (PDAX), the country’s leading digital asset exchange has unveiled its first digital art collection for its Artist Series, titled New Horizons. This collection includes a number of thoroughly curated digital art masterpieces made by renowned and up-and-coming Filipino NFT artists.

True to the spirit of taking a bold leap into a new digital medium, the Artist Series’ first collection gives a unique take on the ‘art of the possible’ and honors the opportunities that lie in the courage of embracing the unknown. It showcases a diverse range of artistic mediums, from illustrators and traditional painters to collage artists and 3D modelers, namely Alchemyst, Marv del Mundo, Lucius Felimus, Gian Ferrer, Auggie Fontanilla, Ab Hong, Marso, Lei Melendres, Shelly Soneja and Tonstee.

Mintoo’s Artist Series collections aim to bolster the Filipino digital art scene by providing a platform for visual artists, creators, and art enthusiasts to buy, sell, and trade digital collectibles conveniently through their Mintoo account, exclusively available on the PDAX platform.
Without needing to understand the complexities of blockchain technology, Mintoo consumers will be able to purchase digital collectibles directly with Philippine pesos, and artists will be able to simply establish their own collections utilizing robust and intuitive tools.
