MANILA, Philippines — As is expected, we’ve seen the change of the season heat things up for a while now, and with it comes things to do (safely) as we tread summer. For good reason, with the upcoming massive music festival by FUSION and its celebration of their 10th anniversary, things are just going to get hotter.
Happening on March 15, 2025 at the CCP Open Grounds starting from 4 pm until 2 am, if you still haven’t got your tickets for this festival, then this is a reminder for all of you OPM fans to get one, as tickets are still being sold as of writing this article.
You can expect the biggest lineup of OPM artists with stage performances from Ben&Ben, Zack Tabudlo, ALLMO$T, KAIA, Jan Francis, D’Grind, Mars Miranda, and more! You can’t miss this opportunity to not only show your love and appreciation to your favorite artists, but also vibe and enjoy this moment with friends and a community of Filipino music lovers, all raring to wave OPM flag.
Of course, aside from the stage performances there are many other things to expect, and do for festivals just like FUSION: The Philippine Music Festival, especially in this summer heat. Here’s a rundown of things to expect and get ready for when you join Fusion’s 10th anniversary show:

A Long Festival
FUSION opens its gates and starts from 4 pm and will last until 2 am following its after party. If you’re planning to stay throughout, be sure to get enough rest, food, and water for the long hours ahead.
THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
Plan ahead
Check the festival’s schedule, the venue, and the price and other details of the tickets. The FUSION tickets go from P1000 for bronze, P2000 for silver, and P3000 for gold.
Stay comfortable
Wear breathable clothing and shoes, bring anything that could shade you from what is known to be the sweltering heat we could expect during Manila summer. Why not pack hats or umbrellas, bring portable/hand fans and event extra clothing if you need to.
Stay safe
Always keep in mind the nearest first aid stations/emergency exits, and keep an eye out on your belongings.
Stay hydrated
Always bring a water bottle with you, for long festivals like this, especially during the summer, drinking water will not only keep you cool and energized – but also safe from heat-related illnesses like heat exhaustion or heatstroke.
Be respectful of other festival-goer’s boundaries
Clean after yourself, don’t push or shove anyone away, and be mindful of your movement – so you won’t step on someone or invade their personal spaces if you’re dancing or shuffling.
Capture memories and make this one for the books
Lastly, bring a phone or a camera to preserve your experiences. Of course, don’t forget to live in the moment and actually enjoy the festival.
